Step 5: Turn drum feed handle by hand
until the complete assembly comes off.

Step 6: Remove old boots. Inspect drum feed screw & quill. Clean and lube if necessary. A Small screwdriver may help remove the spring over the larger boot.

Step 7: Install new boots and reassemble by reversing steps 6 -1.
