Same Day Shipping and 3-Day Delivery - Only from Goodson
Goodson ships faster than any other supplier! And to be sure you receive your order when you need it, you pick the shipping speed. Keep in mind, that orders placed online after 4:00pm Central or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Standard: Unless otherwise specified, we ship items up to 150 lbs. and up to 130" in combined width, height and length by UPS, FedEx or Spee-Dee (limited delivery area) truck. Shipping costs depend on weight and distance. Items over the weight or size limit must go by common carrier. If you prefer, Goodson can also ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS is ideal for small products, however, most USPS packages are not trackable.
Express: We can ship most items by air to arrive in 1, 2 or 3 days* (your choice). Cost depends on weight, dimensions and delivery method.
*Note, Goodson is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather.
Shipper Cut-off Times: Please keep the following cut-off times for Same-Day Shipping in mind when placing your orders. All times are shown as US Central.
- Spee-Dee: noon
- FedEx Ground: 3:00pm
- FedEx Saver/Air: 4:00pm
- UPS: 4:00pm
Some Goodson products, such as aerosols and cleaning chemicals, may be classified as Hazardous Goods. A $32.50 surcharge for these items will apply. If you are unsure about whether your order contains Hazardous Goods, please contact Goodson customer service by phone (1-800-533-8010) or send us an email.
In unlikely event that your order is lost in shipping, Goodson will work with the shipper to provide tracking service.
Tracking an Order
Orders shipped by UPS, FedEx and Spee-Dee are trackable orders. At the end of the day on which your order ships, you will receive an email from Goodson including confirmation of the order shipping and your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Goodson must have a valid email address on file for this notification to be sent. If we don't have your email address, we can't send you this information. Update your email address and preferences now. Be sure to include your account number.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all cartons immediately for damaged or missing products before signing for the merchandise. Any packages received in damaged condition should be refused and/or noted at the time of receipt. The customer assumes all risk of products lost or damaged in transit and likewise, assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier. Any damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt (any delays in reporting damage will prevent the carrier from accepting responsibility for damage and you will then be held responsible for the merchandise. Goodson will assist you in any way we can to help with your claim to the carrier.
