Customer Service Representative (CSR):
In our fast-paced, pleasant office environment, this position is looking for an individual with these skills to:
- Answer customer calls
- Solving customer issues in a timely manner
- Order entry
- Payment processing
- Invoicing
- Online store order fulfillment
Works well as a team and individually, self-motivator to help with finishing the departmental tasks that need to be done daily. Focused to detail and good listening skills.
Bi-Lingual is a PLUS
Qualifications
- A strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft outlook (Email)
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Professional with high energy & enthusiasm.
- Communication with team members
- Solving challenging problems
- Work well with team and individually
This is a full-time position, 8:00-5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
